We returned to Pismo Beach the day before moving on to Monterey. I just couldn't say good-bye. Thanks to Lyle for indulging me.
Dunes are visible on this clear afternoon.
Many hillsides are covered with Ice Plant—purple and yellow. They're a larger variety than in CO, close to 3" in diameter.
Fun spot right on the beach.

Lots more activity on Friday than the precious Monday. Kite-boarding and ATV rentals, as well as lots of campers and cars on the beach.
